I've tried Spinach Floretine (vegan)...which has dijon mustard in the filling...really gives it an interesting depth in flavor...goes well with a nice, basic red sauce...

I have Artichoke Heart and Kalamata Olive waiting to be tried in my freezer right now...made with soy ricotta, also vegan :smitten:

Who else has had the little delights? They're on sale at Wild Oats right now--2/$5!! :)

:nigel: Cheers!

I adore the spinach florentine one. Good god. Incredible. I even ate some with no sauce, just a quick spray of olive oil cooking spray and some black pepper and salt. :lick:

They are really good and I have the hots for the woman who demoed them at Whole Foods in Portland about two years ago.

I love, love, love, love these! The garlic and roasted veggie ones are the best in my opinion. My second favorite is the spinach ones. My husband liked the pizza flavored ones a lot, but I think they discontinued that flavor.

I have seen these at WF and they were pretty pricey so I didn't try them. I will next time I go - and I love that some are vegan - how cool! :)

They can be pricey. My co-op puts them on sale sometimes for $2.50, so we stock up then.

they're actually my least favorite of the vegan ravioli i've tried.

I haven't tried many, but I prefer them to the Soy Boy ones.

Green Goddess is my favorite, but I haven't tried many of them. I'm disturbed to see that those contain butternut squash! Blegh. (And pineapple! :surprised )

I've only tried the spinach florentine kind, but I loooooved it. Sadly, I haven't found anywhere to buy them here in Huntsville. :(

I just got home from my local HFS, and thanks to the recommendations here (and a nice sale!) I now have in my possession the Green Goddess variety. I can't wait to try it! What kinds of sauces to you all use on it?

I use Newman's Own Bombolina (Tomato & Fresh Basil).

(pseudo, I HATE squash. Though I must admit that I've never knowingly tried anything but the yellow summer squash. HATE.)

Those are DELICIOUS, and pricey. I tried some rising moon pizza ravioli (it was the one one sale, so that was why I chose that one!) and it was slammin'!

I had another one, I forget what it was called, but it said Tofu on the front.
The pizza was better.

Newman Sauces are my fav-Much better than like Ragu or the stuff I would buy at the dollar store! (well that isn't suprising)

Newman's rivals homeade sauce, and i am lazy so it works for me.
