Trail Mix

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.

Ingredients:

1 cup cashews
1 tsp margarine
1 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup slivered almonds
5 prunes, chopped
5 figs, chopped
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup raisins


Instructions:
-----------------------------------------------------
Combine all ingredients in a frying pan, except raisins and chocolate chips, and fry over medium high heat for 8 minutes, stirring often.

Remove from heat, cool for a couple minutes, then stir in raisins and chocolate chips. Cool completely.
