i went to print the lecture notes for the one language processing lecture i missed, and it's the only one that says "available in hard copy only." the professor spent most of thursday on those lecture notes, too, and i had no idea what he was talking about because i didn't have them.

I just need to say this. I hope you all don't mind. I'm seriously freaking. One of my goldfish who has been totally fine is now apparently dying.
I just went downstairs and found him floating belly up, but he's still alive. One of his eyes is messed up. I put my hand in the tank and turned him over, and he swam a bit, and then flipped back over and floated back up.
I've never seen anything like it.
I'm so upset, I'm shaking, nauseated, and boo-hooing. There isn't anything I can do for him! :-/ :cry:
I absolutely hate this feeling. I hate to see suffering animals. It tears at my very soul.
I don't expect he'll make it through the night.
And I don't even know what's wrong with him. I fed them at 7 pm tonight, and he was a normal fish. Swimming, and he ate. Now he's apparently gotten an eye injury, and he's dying.
It's all just so sad. :cry:

I'm sorry to be a wet sock on the slut thread.
It's late and I can't call anyone, so I just have you guys to tell.
I want to go check on him, but I can't do it right now.
At least not until I stop shaking all over.

:( :hug: are you sure he's dying? i know that that is the outcome usually when they go like that...but is there even a chance he could just be feeling really badly from the eye injury? awww. i'm sorry, brandon :(

AWWWWWW... no need to apologise! How very very sad! I am so sorry there isn't anything we can do but be sad with you :hug: It's miserable, MISERABLE to see any creature suffer.
