Chocolate Nanna Passion Pie
By: adapted from many different recipies

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian diet.
Ingredients:

Tofu (I used Mori Nu Silken Firm)
chocolate chips
vanilla
1 1/2 nanna
pinch of sugar
graham cracker crust
Instructions:

First, pat tofu dry and blend it in your blender. Then, melt chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stove top. Once melted, add the chocolate to the blended tofu, and blend to mix. After that, add the nanna (just one whole one),vanilla, and pinch of sugar, making sure, this time, you blend all the way through. Pour in the graham cracker crust and let set in the fridge for 2 hours. To decorate, you can use the whipped cream and the 1/2 of nanna that is left over.

Yummy-I gave this to my omni boyfriend and he couldn't believe it had tofu in it!
