Oh yes maam. This lady had a 3 piece special complete with biscuit and fries. It reeked. She was wipin the grease all on the arm of the chair. The only halfway funny part was when one of my companions asked for a piece.

YAY! Tings are a good thing.
The trick is to eat two handfuls, and STAPLE THE BAG SHUT - that's what I do and I'm too lazy to try and pry the bag open 'till the next day at least - otherwise I'd eat the whole thing too!

It really is annoying to me, as well. I mean, I don't sit in the dark to watch a movie that I'll have my eyes glued to the entire time just to talk to someone I can most certainly talk to when the movie isn't on. *sighs* With me, I like to be really involved with a movie, not have any kind of disruptions. .
This is why I prefer NOT to go on dates to the movies - unless it's one I've seen...
And scarey movies? I drive people crazy 'cause I DO talk thru those - I cover my eyes and want them to tell me what's happening... yeah... not a good movie date...

The last time I got really mad it was at the movie theatre when two ladies were harping CONSTANTLY through Return of the King. UGH one hadn't seen the movie(or read the book) so the other was LOUDLY explaining to her the ENTIRE plot and she repeated herself over and over. UGH.



I've had to turn around and ask people, sometimes repeatedly and sternly, to knock off the chatter.

it was just awful - the person would NOT be quiet, even after being asked a bunch of times, so I finally spoke up and said, "hey! we didn't pay a ridiculous amount of money for the movie and food to listen to YOU throughout the whole thing" i could hear other people quietly chuckle in agreement, too. and after i said that, that person was quiet for the rest of the time.

The only movies I've gone to see in the theater the past 3 years or so are the LOTR movies.

so, yeah, if someone had been talking and annoying, I would've totally said something to them. my mom actually fell asleep during ROTK and doesn't remember ever going with us to see it. But she was sick.
