Soymilk Slam Smoothie

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen raspberries, unsweetened
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened
1 cup vanilla soy milk (3g fat per 1 cup)
1/2 cup soy ice cream
1 tbsp soy protein powder (such as Bob's Red Mill)


Instructions:

Into the food processor. You may need to add a little extra soy milk or water if using a blender.

380 calories, 12g fibre, 12g protein, 4g fat, 81 carbs. (estimates).

I make that minus flavored soymilk (I use plain), protein powder, and ice cream. I do add a bit of maple syrup, though.

I use a smoothie maker, which is actually just a blender with a pour spout attached to it.
