I have to order most of my household cleaning & bathroom stuff online, so I'm always looking for good bargains. I've found a few places that have really good prices, so I thought I'd share. If anyone knows of anyplace else that has a good deal, please share!!

VitaGlo (http://www.vitaglo.com) has really good prices & free shipping on orders $50 & over. I get my toothpaste, soap & hair stuff from there a lot.

Amazon (http://www.amazon.com) has the best prices on Clif bars, which we eat quite a bit because we're very active outdoors. They have them for $8.99 for a case of 12 bars, plus free shipping for orders $25 & over. I also recently found great deals on Seventh Generation products, as another thread I started states.

Other than that, I've been ordering from the online vegan stores if I can't find it cheaper elsewhere. I do like supporting vegan stores, but at the same time I try to weigh that with how much money I can save.

Edited to add- When looking for something online, I always Froogle (http://www.froogle.com) it first. Does anyone use this? It's simply splendid. :)

Since nobody's biting, I'm going to add a few more. :)

Freeda (http://www.freedavitamins.com) has great prices on vitamins and offer free shipping with orders $100 or more.

Sun&Earth (http://www.sunandearth.com) has really good household stuff like laundry detergent & cleaners. They offer free shipping for orders $30 or more, plus they give you something free with every order $30 or more. This month it's a bottle of all purpose cleaner. I've been ordering their gallons, which is the best bargain. They're 128 ounces for $10.99. Their fabric softener is really really good! :)

Thanks for all the sites, great information. I wish I had something to add, but unfortunately I don't know any.

I love overstock.com and smartbargains.com. I just grabbed some killer cotton sheets for my new bed at overstock and one of those rain shower heads.

Yeah, I use fruggle too. :)

Thanks for sharing!

I just ordered some cotton grocery totes for $1.84 each and a tank top for five bucks from this (http://tshirtsdiscount.com/catalog/) place. They have American Apparel clothes (made in US & sweatshop free) for great prices, as well as a bunch of other basic clothes. The shipping was a bit high, but the overall price was still very cheap!

I get a lot of kitchen and bathroom stuff at www.drugstore.com

They have tons of vegan products there and if you spend $50 the shipping is free. Plus you can earn drugstore dollars. I think their stuff is reasonably priced and they always have a sale going on. Examples of vegan or friendly lines they sell: Clearly Natural, Ecos, Dr. Bronners, 7th Generation, Toms Of Maine, Kiss my Face, Luna, Luna Pads, Jason, Alba, Avalon, Rachel Perry and Natra Care.

Check out the natural store!

ebay?

But really, those sites you mention are expensive as heck. You're much better off going to a local store and shopping for sales.

As I said in my original post, I cannot find stuff locally so I end up ordering most of my stuff online. Sorry if you think the stuff I linked to is expensive. Just don't shop there then, I guess.

Oh, my apologies then. I don't know where you're from. We don't have any health food stores or places like Whole Foods around here, but I'm able to find cruelty-free products at my local grocery store and places like Wal-Mart or Big Lots rather cheaply, so I haven't needed to order anything online in quite a long time.

I would love to be able to buy stuff locally. I can find a few things around here, but it's cheaper for me to order them online. It is nice to get packages in the mail so often, so I guess there is a plus side to it. :)
