Know of any other good exercise forums?

I'm looking for a forum where people can offer each other tips and questions regarding various exercises. For example, I'd love to read how to properly do a squat, and what ab exercises would help whittle my waist. (I already know cardio's benefits, etc) Know of any good sites?

I go here (http://boards.shape.com/ib/ikonboard.cgi) to ask questions sometimes. I always get great answers. It's a mostly female board, although there are a few guys that hang around. :)
