How do I make a Poll to go with my thread?

I've tried this before, but I can't seem to find where to type in the poll questions. I check the box for a "yes, i want a poll", but it won't make a poll for me.

I've selected "how many" questions I want, but where do I type them in? When I preview, it only shows me what I've typed in the main text area, and doesn't prompt to fill in the questions.

Nevermind, I found it. I knew it had to be around here somewhere...FAQ at the top of the Board.
