Hi Lighter markers

Does anyone know who the parent company of Hi Lighter markers is or if the ink is animal tested? Thanks!

I have no clue if the Hi Liter brand is tested, but I do know that Sanford doesn't test... but:



Does Sanford do any testing on animals?
Sanford products are not tested on animals. Because our products require the use of dyes and pigments, some products do contain animal by-products. These products include the Foam Rubber Ink Pads (pre-inked), Mr. Sketch Washable Markers, Roll on Stamp Pad Inker, Liquid Accent Markers, King Size/Deluxe Markers, Sharpie Markers, T.E.C markers, China Markers, and various Grumbacher paints.
