This is the product I was trying to remember the other day in the "ice cream" thread.

It turns out what I tried was not the gelato, but a sorbetto. :( (I was hoping for vegan chocolate gelato..:lick:)

Ciao Bella does have a chocolate sorbetto.

I do need to ask, since in the dairy world the difference between ice cream and gelatto is that the latter is made with eggs, what is the point in differentiating with the vegan versions?

I thought it was that ice cream is made with eggs and gelato is not.
