This is one of those products that I've always been aware of but never got around to trying. Now I really wish I had tried it sooner. It's really tasty, a bit like egg-salad. It actually reminds me a lot of the eggless salad I've made with tofu in the past. I'm really fond of the spicy version. The Lite and Lite Spicy are vegan, but the Original and Spicy contain eggs.
