anyone taking Flora Health?

I was told that it is vegetarian. And its ideally great for overall health too as well.

silica's good for building structure: hair, skin, nails, connective tissues.

i've used it in the past when i was trying to get my hair to grow. i don't know whether it was that alone, or the fact that i started taking a multi and eating better :p , but it grew crazy fast. can't hurt to give it a try.

eta: the product itself is called florasil. made by flora manufacturing. florahealth is their website.
i'm not trying to be picky, just want you to know what to ask for at your health food store.
