20 March 2005

*Supposed* to be the "off" day...but I had the chance to go to a rocky park...trail-type terrain with the d00d and his friend so I went. Did a little running...not as much as if it had been an "on" day...ran the whole way down but now I'm afraid my joints will hurt tomorrow...aych.

Oh, well. It was fun and the weather was decent for running around on rocks :)

:nigel: Cheers, hammies!

I'm still aching from all my dance workout/running, on Saturday! Plus, I worked almost all day on Sunday so....

today I may or may not take an extra jazz dance class. If not, I will still practice my dance moves/plies etc. later on.

Tomorrow - I have another 60 min. dance practice.

Go HAMSTERS!

Things should be quieting down here soon so I can post more...probably in April after I get back from Vegas  I hope all the snow will start melting soon so I can do more runs outside...we just got about 8-10 inches of new snow on Sat. O' ya I went snow boarding today....but I did more falling than boarding...hehehehe.

Way to go all you Hamsters!!!! :vebo: :vebo: Keep on Hamstering!!

Goals for this week
2 four mile runs
1 bike ride Check

It was only 7 miles though. :) For some reason biking 7 miles seems harder than running 7 miles.

Hey slynny! Good to see you. We miss ya! Vegas! Whooo hooo! Snowboarding = ouch.

CK, weight training is a good thing to get hooked on!

Virture, are you on a dance team?

CaptainSwab - I am on a dance team... well sorta. I'm a member of the Dance Ministry at the church I go to, and we have performances at least 1-4 times a month. So Saturday night, we had to perform one dance routine (slow) at this other church, and then they asked us to come up and perform again later on that night. So we had to dance to for like 30-45 min. extra. And this time it was more high-energy, aerobic/like.

I also take a 90-min. jazz dance class once a week, which is 60 min. dancer -workout, and 30 min. focused on learning and perfecting dance routines. :D

So, tonight I have 45-min. dance practice (we perform again on Saturday and Easter Sunday). And Thursday I take my jazz dance class.

Hey,Im louise
God u are all so fit being able to run those distances: i feel slightly ashamed of my level of fitness( well lack of fitness lol).
I'm wanting to lose weight, get fitter ... but i am having trouble finding motivation. I was hoping that tlking on this board might give me the motivation needed to actually exercise lol.

I just thought I'd stop in for a quick hamster! I've been working out with a personal trainer for the past couple of weeks, and am experiencing pain in all new places! I took off from the gym today though cause I've got a cold, hopefully I'll be feeling better in the morning... or at least by Tuesday when I've got my next training session.

You know Autumn, you shouldn't be exercising if you're not eating. You're going to make yourself very sick.
