Yes, so you probably thought there was going to be something interesting in my post. There's not. And that's my problem... I chose this as a project for Environmental Science class, and so far I haven't had much luck finding sources. I have two that have been helpful so far, one being a book by the FAO, but if any of you have any suggestions (especially web sites), I would be ultra grateful. I'm really looking for estimations of what a "perfect vegan world" would be like environmentally.
My plan is to show the class why vegetarianism is a better choice for the environment without invading their moral comfort zones. I want to bring in "chik'n nuggets" or something of the sort... maybe vegan ice cream.
But yes, I'd love to hear your suggestions!
