bixwich (sounds diiiiiirty)

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.

Ingredients:
-----------------------------------------------------
2 weetabix biscuits
~a tbsp of your favorite nut butter
small quantity of a nice, thick, fibrous soy/almond milk


Instructions:
-----------------------------------------------------
take a small bowl, spread your favorite nut butter over a weetabix, stick the other one on top, then drizzle your milked beverage atop the bixwich. feel free to add cinnamon, chopped up fruits, or more nuts. consume via spoon.

What is weetabix? Is it the same thing as Shredded Wheat? I am kinda thinking it might be.

ya, its in the cereal aisle at most food-places.. dang weetbix.. thats some stiff competition!

Weetabix are a British cereal product. They're sold in the US, though. Not sure about the rest of the world.

They have weetabix in Canada as well. I used to eat them all the time as a child.

there are vitabrits too.. same thing, though not sure if they are available outside Aus. Basically just wheat flakes compressed into a little brick
