Sounds Yummy!

I got pretty addicted to the following oatmeal recipe...

1 banana
1/2 to 1 cup pressed oats
handful of ground almonds. (I use a coffee grinder.)
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1-2 tsp Cinamin (or to taste)
1 cup water

I nuke it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, until I can smell the banana being fragrant. I then pull it out, and mix it up with a fork. Let it sit for 3 minutes, and then it's ready to devour. (...Doesn't even need any soymilk. Good on it's own.)

I got the recipe from a rawfoods site that uses overnight soaking instead of a microwave.
