I'm going through the same dilemma I go through every time I'm starting to run out of conditioner.
I'm thinking about giving Marc Anthony products a shot, it's a little expensive but my hair is begging me to get rid of citre shine and get something good.
What I don't know is if they do animal testing, I can't seem to find it on Peta's lists of companies that test and don't test. Does anybody know?

According to this site, they don't test: http://www.newswire.ca/en/releases/archive/January2005/25/c6238.html

Marc Anthony True Professional hair care products are not tested on
animals, are alcohol-free and are the result of extensive worldwide research,
continuous salon testing and advanced knowledge of what hair requires to
perform beautifully.

Thanks! You're faster than me at finding that kind of stuff! I think I'm gonna buy the conditioner and hope it's good, considering how expensive it is it better be!

I love, love, love Marc Anthony... But J.Lo... Not just because of the fur thing, but the fur thing gave me more fuel against her. :p

Well, its a different Marc Anthony....

And speaking of J Ho.. there was a protest I couldnt go to yesterday in front of her resturant, against her clothing line as well as her meat gobbling items on her menu.

back to the topic... I have used his shampoo and conditioner before. Mind you, I didnt like it. It made my hair fuzzy and dry. I have naturally curly hair.

Yep, that's another Marc Anthony! I didn't end up buying it because when I read the ingredients I noticed it had silk, so I bought Paul Mitchell... OUCH! $10 for a tiny little bottle! It'd better be good!

By the way, I can't stand J Blo or any of her goofy products, songs, or movies.

I was going to suggest Paul Mitchell hair products. I also use Suave and Kenra products too. :)

Try Pureology products. I went to a salon to get my hair cut and they use these products--I liked it. I first heard about this line by reading that Alicia Silverstone, a vegan , uses it.

And this is their mission statement:

Earth Friendly
Our commitment is to make the finest prestige products that are good for you and safe for the environment. Our 100% Vegan formulas contain absolutely no animal ingredients and are biodegradable. Our containers are recyclable wherever possible and all PureOlogy products are created with respect for future generations.

I've never heard of Pureology before, I will consider it when I start running out of Paul Mitchell, which won't take too long since it comes in a dinky bottle!
Thanks for the suggestion, I will research it... I like Alicia Silverstone's hair a lot!
