Friday: I did 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical (80 rpm) and then tons of weight training on the machines, was there for about 2 hours. I should do more cardio but right now I can't really do more than 30 minutes at a time, the last 5 minutes seem an hour long! Will probably go back today or tomorrow.

Today was 1.5 hours of no-gi bjj, then 10 minutes light stand-up.. being a human punching/kicking bag for my friend who is fighting this weekend.

Biking today, and also today volunteering at girls on the run which means I will get in a second workout this afternoon.

sunday: 3mi walk
monday: 3mi walk and 50min power yoga
today: 3mi walk and 80min hatha yoga

Today was the first warm day in a while, so I celebrated by going on a 15 mile bike ride along the ocean. It was...amazing! I am doing this every day I get a chance! Nature is awesomely awesome and so is biking! :) :hamster:

Okay, I'm bike riding this morning. Then in the afternoon, I'm volunteering at GOTR, which means I'll be running a mile or a mile and a half.

Hi again, hamsters! :hi: Looks like this thread's been a little quite lately. So here I am, ready to liven up the party :p

I can only remember back to yesterday :think: ... so yesterday was a 4.5 mile fast run, and today I my legs felt surprisingly good so I ran 5.5 miles even faster, on a hilly, mostly-into-the-wind kind of route. Tomorrow should be a 5 mile easy run :)

I took this past weekend off from running because I was in a rut, but this week running feels better than ever. Yay!

Hey, I'm back. I haven't posted as much but I've still been doing my regular hamstering.

Yesterday, I had my 90 min. jazz dance class. The ab work was a little rough - gotta work on that. Its pilates type stuff that we do to warm up. Although I'm one of the skinniest girls in the class, I still can barely keep up with the advanced part of it. :sweat: :-/

Today is my rest day but tomorrow, I have a 2-hr dance practice so I'll be back in the swing of things.

Hmmm.

Well, I ran 22 miles on Sunday and then I didn't do anything for the rest of the week. :p

monday - pool running (30 mins)
tuesday - 20 mins biking, 20 mins rowing machine, 20 mins elliptical
wednesday - pool running (30 mins)
thursday - pool running (30 mins), 20 mins biking, 8 mins crunches
friday - pool running (35 mins), 6 mins crunches
tomorrow - biking 30 mins and elliptical 30 mins

i'm freaking injured again so I can't run :( grrrr.
