I sprained my foot in taekwondo class, and I can't stand on it... which means I can't do anything weight-bearing--not even walking or the elliptical.
I can't get down the stairs to my exercise room. (Couldn't carry a weight or dumbbell anyway, since I only have one working foot. Hopping around on one foot while holding a 20 lb dumbbell doesn't sound like it will work for me.) Can't drive to a pool for swimming (car is a clutch, need both feet to drive).
Can you help me come up with some exercises I can do in my living room that require absolutely no weight on my feet? The best I can come up with is:
pushups (with my weight balanced on my good foot)
tricep dips
crunches
Anything else?
