Mixtapeclub?

It's been a while since I contributed to a mix tape club or anything like it (outside of my closer friends) and I thought hey, maybe a vbmixtape would be fun.

For those who haven't done this, it works just like a Secret Santa, but you make a mix tape or cd. Would anyone be down with this? If so, could Secret Santa make a cameo appearance to manage the affair?

Just a thought. I know of few pleasures in the world more enjoyable than sharing music :)

depending on when it gets organized i may get in on it. by then hopefully i'll have the cash to send poor RiceBoy his cd. it was all ready to go but i didn't have the money to ship it at the time and when i listened to it in the meantime i discovered 2 songs on it are wrong so it needs to be redone.

Well it seems like this could happen! Awesome!! I'll PM Michael and see if we can use the secret santa dealie. I'll definetly organize it.

Those who want in, just post to this thread with an official "I'm in" (if you haven't already). How about we wait 'til like next week so people can anti in or out?

Thanks :) I just PMed Michael. He's out for a couple of days, but that's no biggie. I figure that once I get that end of it sorted out, a deadline can be set.

Heavy metal is me as long as you can understand the words,it's not evil and there are varying levels of creativity & emotion.

Punks are confused about others; sure of themselves.

Rap should be less violent and more respectful toward women..please no more songs about murdering someone and having a stable full of hoe's. Other than that, I love rap.

I like music that makes me feel emotion, whether good or bad..I also like to dance so it can be 'happy' music as well.

I love acoustic guitar and old time blugrass too...
