I've recently started a moderate exercise program. However, I noticed when I do my ab exercise, I get some back pain. I'm doing the normal crunch exercise. I try to keep my back straight against the floor, but I still experience a bit of back pain. Does anyone know what's causing it? Are there any websites that show the proper form someone should have when doing a basic abdominal crunch? Are there any alternate ab exercises I can do that don't require equipment?
