Macaroons II

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian diet.
Ingredients:

1 cup shredded coconut
2 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together. Spoon onto oiled baking pan and shape into pyramids. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
