Festive Macaroons

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian diet.
Ingredients:

2 cups shredded coconut
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend ingredients together. Form pyramids on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Makes about 20.
