Today

4 celery stalks
3 tbsp. salsa
1 packet of Thai Kitchen Garlic & Vegetable rice noodle soup
1 1/2 servings lite tofu
2 cups of coffee
1 box of Silk plain soy milk (the "juice" box size box)

As much as I (or my ED) hates to admit it, you are SO right!! Tonight, I ended up having
*1 vegan Boca burger
*1/2 baked potato

I'm struggling a lot right now, but in my heart, I know it was the "right" thing to do. I know I'm stronger than all of the bulls*it, but sometimes it just doesn't seem like it!

Breakfast
2 slices raisin toast w/ light pb and strawberry jam

Lunch
1/2 cup boiled rice
about 16 water crackers w/ natural pb and strawberry jam

Dinner
1/2 cup boiled rice and 1/2 cup corn w/ about 2tbsp of sweet and sour sauce

1 vegan "cheese" slice
1 WW tortilla
1/2 tomato
1 cup lettuce
1/2 cup applesauce
2 cups cauliflower
2 tbsp. salsa
3/4 cups plain soy milk
1 packet plain oatmeal
2 cups coffee

Never posted in here before, think i'll give it a go:

Yesterday:
Toasted houmous and cucumber sandwich (white bread, had nothing else :()
small lemon cake
Lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, and red pepper salad, with houmous
apple

Today:
Oat and raisin cereal with soya milk
small lemon cake
houmous, tomato and cucumber sandwich (wholemeal)
strawberries and a banana

Today (i'm not too well):

Poridge with BSM's
carrot, chickpea and onion soup, with a slice of wholemeal bread and sunflower spread
small lemon cake

It's possible i'll have something later i think, maybe a banana or some toast, if i get hungry.

ETA: had some oat and raisin cereal with soya milk

b? 1/3 an oatmeal raisin luna bar, sip of carrot juice...
excersize: 1 hour yoga, 45 minutes elliptical/cardio, 15 minutes leg muscle excersizes
l? picking....tiny bit of muffin, like 4 wheat thins, a couple pieces dried pineapple and a couple cashews, lemon spice tea


ok apparently i need some good dinner. i want to cook lots of veggies. or go to a veggie restaurant. probably non-tos-friendly drinks later though...so not too much.

1 lemon Silk soy yogurt
1/2 cup puffed wheat cereal
1/2 cup applesauce
2 cups steamed green beans
1 tomato
1 vegan boca burger
1/2 baked potato
2 tbsp. salsa
1 cup plain soy milk

As for today...
1 packet plain oatmeal
2 tbsp. salsa
1 serving tofu
1 orange
2 cups celery dipped in homemade tofu "ranch" dressing
1 vegan boca burger
1/2 baked potato
1/2 cup plain soy milk

hm.... ahimsa, i'm proud of you for working so hard to get better! keep it up.. but please.. go find some more food!! your body will thank you for it!! (pssst.. smoothie!!! more oatmeal!!!... peanut butter!!....)

1 Amy's vegan Mexican Tamale Pie
1/2 WW tortilla
1 tbsp. marmite
1 cup raw carrots dipped in homemade tofu "ranch"
1 cup spinach

B1: 3 pancakes, 2 squares chocolate, 1 cup grapefruit juice
B2: 1/4 slice ww bread w/ 1 tsp cashew butter, 1 cupcake, 1/2 c. raspberries, some grapefruit juice, probably some cashew butter
L: 1 cup raspberries, 2 dates, handful almonds, handful sesame seeds, 1 tbs shredded coconut
L2: 1/2 c. chickpeas cooked in about 1/4 c. coconut milk
S: more raspberries
D: 1 1/2 cups pumpkin soup (made with coconut milk), 1 date, 1/2 handful almonds, 1/2 handful sesame seeds, 1/2 tbs shredded coconut
1 bite of a brownie
3 pancakes (1 tbs flour per pancake)

..that's way too much for me:\

Strawberries

Wholewheat pita, half small tin of spicey refried beans, and a lettuce, tomato, cucumber and red pepper salad with tbsp of italian dressing

2 orange and cranberry biscuits


Today:

PB and banana toasted sandwich

apple

wholewheat pita, 3 falafel, houmous, and lettuce, cucumber and red pepper with a tbsp of herb dressing

then licked the batter from the bowl of muffins I made

porridge (all of these bowls are about 3/4 cup when raw)

1.5 choc muffins

Dinner
miso soup with hokkein noodles, tofu and mushrooms

Have been sick and have lost my appetite for the first time ever.

Yesterday:

Houmous, tomato and cucumber wholemeal sandwich
Banana, and couple of cherry drops
Wholewheat pita with half tin of spicey refried beans, lettuce, cucumber, red pepper and a tsp of herb dressing
2 cranberry and orange biscuits, and 2 little jam tarts (thought i might have binged after i ate those, but i didn't. Did feel guilty having them though :()

B: 2 skinny pancakes/crepelike..things (about 1/3 c. ww flour, lots and lots of soymilk), 2 teaspoons cashew butter

S: 1/2 banana + 1/2 cup raspberries

L: 1/2 c. oatmeal w/ 1 apple, about 3/4 c. soymilk and 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar

S: 2 date/(coco)nut truffle things.
I just weighed the amount of almonds today...it came close to 34 g...yikes hehe.
so yeah that means I had: 2 dates, 34g almonds, 1 tbs shredded coconut.

I was wondering if it's too much fat for just a snack?

D: planned:
large bowl (1 1/2 c.) of pumpkin/coconut soup
and probably some presad (sp?) ..'cause I *have* to *sigh*

D: tortilla, 2 slices cheese, role w/ maragarine & jelly, 5 saltines.
S: nonfat pudding

Damn college student diet.

They're ok, a bit too spicey for me! :p I prefer the normal ones. Thanks for the encouragement :)

Today:

Wheat flakes and raisin cereal with soya milk
Vegetable soup with a thick slice of wholemeal bread
Some jellies left over from last night

I feel really bloated today, not sure why.
