B - 1 container of strawberry soy yogurt mixed w/ 1C kashi go lean mixed w/ 1C thawed berries. Yum.

S - Apple. Orange. I was so freaking hungry! The fruit was supposed to be part of my lunch, though.

L - Kale and cuc w/ veganiase on wheaty bread. Carrots.

I just ate, but am already hungry again. I have two bananas to last my until I leave work. Not sure what dinner will be.

Today:

Insane work day...my dumb*** boss decided not to give me a lunch break today...sooo I had to go until 7 pm without eating any solid food! GAH! I was *starving*.

B: Tazo Iced Green Tea
L: Another Tazo, small bowl of fruit <pineapple, watermelon, honeydew>, some chick peas, dried papaya/pineapple
D: Sweet potato, raw salad <mixed greens, strawberries, blueberries, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli>, 2 soydogs
S: Figs, apple


Now sipping a mug (will be like 5) of green-ginseng tea by Good Earth...mmmmm.

L: toasted avocado & tomato sandwich on wholemeal sourdough bread*. 2 dried figs* & a carrot*.

D: Pitango Tomato soup* w/ wholemeal sourdough bread* & salad (some organic). 4 date & almond rolls*

Countess-Isn't that against the law or something...no lunch break? sheesh

B: Sprouted wheat bagel w/ tofutti cream cheese + nanna
L: (planned) tofu/ww cous cous/veggie stir fry
S: (planned) soy yogurt w/ granola and raisins
D: (planned) veggie taco meat inside a burrito or in spaghetti

I have to plan my meals today...I'm trying to eat up a lot of bits of food

Julie, not when you are over 18 and you consent to it. She waited until my last half hour of work to give me my lunch, so why bother stay a half hour when I wasn't getting paid for it? If I would have taken my lunch, I would have had to stay later anyway. Today was no different. I got my lunch a half hour before I had to leave.

Today:

I won't bother putting these into normal catagories!

Chopped watermelon + Odwalla protein bar
WW pasta shells and mushrooms in homemade rosemary tomato sauce :lick:
Sweet potato
Raw salad <spring mix of greens, strawberries, blueberries, orange, tomato, cauliflower, broccoli>

Drinks: Green-ginseng tea, coffee, water, and soymilk

Yummy!

L: 16-oz. protein berry pizzazz from Jamba

D: "meat"ball sub w/meatballs, pizza sauce, sauted onions/pepps/mushies; some baked Ruffles

Dessert (after run): vegan brownie w/Swingin' Anna Banana soy delicious and chocolate syrup ( :drool: )

D: (6:30 pm) Edamame beans, veggie dogs, raw broccoli, cauliflower, + baby carrots, soymilk
S: (9:30 pm) 3-berry smoothie w/ soymilk and B-Monster juice, apple

S2: Turtle Trails [soy] ice cream
L: leftover 1/2 of meatball/veggie sub; baked Ruffles
S3: more brownie; more Turtle Trails; peanuts
S4 (after workout): more baked Ruffles; 1/3 sandwich my sis made
D: beanie-weenies; like a whole zucchini, lightly floured and baked in "fries" form w/Tofutti dill-dip

breakfast: 1 piece of european pumpernickel bread w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 grapefruit, coffee w/ edensoy
lunch: low-carb multi-grain wrap w/ lettuce, tomato, salsa, and 1 sunshine burger. random leftover stir-fried veggies. 1 granny smith. more coffee.
dinner: leftover veggie chinese food w/ brown rice and beans/tofu. sauteed greens. 2 bowls of homemade sorrel-potato soup.
dessert: small container of organic stonyfield farms kids yogurt. rice dream w/ raspberries. tea.
hmmm. i want an orange or something.

I have a cold that came out of no where... :mad: now im stuck inside on such a beautiful day ..argh

Today is the day of all things 'stewey" and warm

B-oatmeal w/ raisins,cinnamon,and a few drizzles of maple syrup
L-leafy lettuce,avocado,tomatoe salad w/lemon juice+olive oil,applesauce
S-few baby bananas
D-red lentil,pea and potatoe coconut curry over basmati brown rice
S-cherries,chocolate soymilk

B: tofu scramble (1/4 block firm, 1/8 cup frozen spinach, 3/4 cup frozen broccoli, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, enough salt to kill a plant).
L (planned): 1 Amy's veggie burger w/ bun, tomato, lettuce, onions, ketchup, mayo, mustard & WW bun.
D: unknown
S: 1 cup watermelon, 1 cup grapes, 1 cup cantaloupe, 1 cup cucumber

B: (YUM!) 3 squares of organic Weetabix (sp?) w/ soymilk, ground flaxseeds, sliced orange, and fresh 3-berry mix, cup of OJ/B-Monster mixture
S: 1 Weetabix square, a couple pretzels
L/D: 2 veggie dogs, sweet potato, pickles, and veggies <lettuce, tomato, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower)
Snacks: Watermelon, lime/OJ drink, sweet potato, pear

Drinks: Water, coffee, and green-ginseng tea throughout day :lick:

i hada yummy day :)

7am:1 cup rolled O's cereal in 1 cup non-fat westsoy, 2 golf-ball sized plums, cup of coffee with silk creamer and sweetener.

12pm: pita sammich stuffed with hummus, romaine, cukes, carrots, and mushrooms; a handful of broccoli flowers and a handful of carrot sticks, a big wedge of canteloupe, cran-apple tea.

Planned for dinner: tomato soup, 2 cups of mixed raw veggies (tomatoes, carrots, cukes, cauliflower, broccoli, yellow bell pepper, mushrooms, black olives, and chick peas) topped with italian dressing, a pear, slice of toasted ezekiel bread w/apple butter, cran-apple tea.

Planned late snack: an orange, a cup of green tea. lots of water and tea throughout the day. mm... tea :D

Breakfast: a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats cereal, French toast on Chinese bread

Lunch: Spagetti tossed with olive oil, crushed red pepper, garlic, and salt, iced tea

Snack: a banana

Dinner: Tofu in a sweet sauce with mixed veggies, air popped popcorn, mango/strawberry smoothie with yogurt

Snack: Small bowl of homemade rice pudding

L: usual tortilla wrap, maybe 3 of my cookies :), water!!
s: 1 serv. pb crackers
D: ??? maybe I'll force myself to have some of my bean/veggie mix even tho I get in late.

Tsk, tsk, tsk - very junky/limited day. Maybe I should put this in the other thread. :tired: :confused:


So yeah - I never had dinner that night. I actually wasn't that hungry - go figure. But I did have an odwalla smoothie and another 1/2 cookie. BTW, my co-workers LOVED the cookies I baked. Yay! :D I had lots of great food over the weekend too, but too tired to post that.

Won't bother listing this in a special order, but these are my meals for today:

1 banana
bag of craisins :lick:
1 serv. pb crackers
a few handfuls of dry cereal (Smart Start)

Yesterday:

B: oatmeal w/ the usual
S: cup of Gatorade
L: ww pasta, beans, veggies stirfried in olive oil w/ tomato sauce
S: some peanuts, apple
D: carrots, asparagus, kidney beans & oat burger on ww w/ salsa & lettuce
S: popcorn (apparently I'm addicted to popcorn at night)

Today I haven't actually eaten anything, but here is what I think...
(and I'm going to a vegan bakery, so that's pretty exciting!)

B: oatmeal w/ the usual with an apple in there too
S: probably some watered down Gatorade during my swim
L: muffin from bakery, salad with sunflowers seeds and some carrots when I get home
D: stuffed pepper w/ brown rice, TVP, tomato chunks...maybe some other stuff
S: dessert from bakery for mom's birthday

venti sugar free non fat vanilla latte

L: 1/3 cateloupe. 3/4 cup grapes.
little square (about an inch) of vegan peanut brittle
orange bliss luna bar

S: 2 little mini cheesecakes (like...160 calories total)
more grapes and canteloupe.

D: It's gonna be DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lunch: potato-vegetable soup (homemade), bowl of salad w/ green lentils, a couple of pieces of seasoned tofu
dinner: (at a vegan restaurant) vegan nachos, stir fried veggies and seitan over pesto, hummus, and brown rice, flu fighter tea
dessert: rice dream w/ berries, 1 granny smith apple

today...
breakfast: bowl of organic corn flakes/kamut puffs/granola w/ silk, 1 stonyfield farms kids raspberry yogurt, 1 orange
lunch: potato-vegetable soup, bowl of salad w/ a bit of sweet potato and lentils, chai tea w/ silk

not sure about the rest of the day.

S2/S3: organic canteloup :lick:; 1 blueberry cultured Silk
S4 (at home): dunno yet...but it's definately gonna happen...
D: FAVORITE ALL-VEG RESTAURANT!!
