Breakfast
Smushed banana on 2 slices of nine grain bread, apple, small orange, mixed fruit salad, 2 glasses of green tea

Lunch
Lentils, mixed veggies, fresh greens w/ mixed fruit, coffee, water

Snack
Banana, dried pineapple

Dinner
Pink beans, chick peas, wild and brown rice, mixed veggies

What a yummy day!

Tea: Pot of loose Bancha Green Tea.

B:
- Bowl of mixed Puffed Kamut, Traditional O's and Heart to Heart in Silk Unsweetend.
- 2 Van's Belgium Waffles with Strawberry soy Ice Cream on one, and my homemade Pumpkin Butter on the other.
- Water and Vitamins.

So...I'm pretty sure this belongs here and not in the other thread :)

B1: homemade banana nut muffin
B2: ww toast w/1 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tsp strawberry jam
S: handful o' dry life cereal
L: ~1.5 c. broccoli, ~3/4 c. baby carrots, 4 button mushrooms, and ~1/3 c. hummus; some wheat thins
S: serving of almonds; strawberry/banana smoothie
D: homemade minestrone soup (carrots, celery, green peas, red beans, noodles, diced tomatoes, cabbage)
S: probably another muffin

Today:

Breakfast (10 am)
Bowl of Rasberry Ginger Peace cereal w/ Silk Light, mango slices and an apple, coffee

Lunch (5 pm)
Amy's low-fat tamale pie w/ a side salad of greens, tomato, and spinach

Snack (5:30 pm)
Lite soy-yogurt smoothie

Dinner (11:30 pm)
Black beans, red lentils, chick peas, mixed veggies and brown rice, green tea

Snack
Apple, natural applesauce w/ cinnamon and nutmeg

I am pleased to say that I drank 8 bottles of water today! That is 16 glasses! I'm also happy that I've been eating better lately. I feel better!

i got up around 1pm. i ate before i went to bed but i don't remember exactly what.

afternoon: tings, square of chocolate, an orange, wild oats vegan raspberry muffin, 2 sandwiches (2 burger buns, 1/2 package smart bacon, 1/2 avocado, 1 tomato)

night: a banana, small chunk flat bread, baby carrots, brown basmati and chana masala

Oatmeal w/ banana, honeydew, canataloupe, and apple slices, and strawberries, handful of Peace cereal, Silk Light, green tea

Lunch: 4 or 5 pm
Salad w/ chick peas and raw veggies <broccoli, celery, honeydew, pineapple, greens, carrots, etc>, coffee

OK today was eat that 5 lb box of free matzo day lol

B-strawberries and greek yogurt w/ honey drizzled on
S-matzo and almond butter,pb+ jam matzo
L-spinach salad topped w/ carmelized onions,mushrooms,and loads of warm black eyed peas w/ dijon vinegarette
S-more matzo w/ almond butter,handful dried apricots
D-erm...ahh attck of the matzos! lotsa pb+J matzo sandwiches,1 mango
S-matzo meal strawberry shortcake

hamburger helper with fake meat

Several months ago I tried eating a box of that (w/o the meat) and it made me ILLLLLLLLL.

There was so much sodium (and a god only knows what else!) in it; I wondered how I ever could have eaten it with the frequency I did as a little kid... :spew:

24 April 2005 -- "Celebration Day", a.k.a. eat whatever I like sans guilt :)

B1: granola...went through nearly a whole bag in a weekend :worried: ...and coffee by the camp fire :D

B2 (around 12 P.M. back in town): 1.5 bowls of cereal w/soy milk; 1 square of Newman's sweet dark chocolate; a bite of a Nature's Path toaster pastry

S: potato chips

Din-Din: homemade tempeh burger w/sauteed onions and mushrooms + avocado + Annie's BBQ sauce; some more potato chips...mmmm

Dessert: SUCCESSFUL vegan peanut butter brownies :smitten: ... next time no P.B. crap on top though...

I'm currently addicted to hamburger helper w/smart ground. I go through periods where I'll eat it every day for two weeks and then I'll forget about it for another 6 months.

Today was a "free day". I had a bowl of cereal, about an ounce of chocolate, two lundberg sesame rice cakes, and an eight ounce bag of tortilla chips with salsa, half a package of taco seasoned smart ground, and a handful of garlic stuffed olives throughout the day.

morning: 3 chocolate squares

afternoon: an orange, instant oatmeal w/ almond milk and sugar, flat bread, couple bites of banana, 2-3 squares of chocolate

night: brown basmati w/ leftover chana masala, candy cane, cherry wholesoy yogurt, apple w/ peanut butter, dried blueberries, three frozen waffles with agave nectar

B: Kashi oatmeal packet w/ small handful frozen blueberries, 100% apple juice
s: 1 small choc. chip granola bar
L/D: soft bean taco (Taco Bell), big slice of homemade choc. cake, and apple juice
s: all-natural tortilla chips and salsa (like 2 serv.)

Today:

B: Kashi oatmeal packet w/ small handful frozen blueberries, glass of 100% apple juice
L: sandwich w/ less than 1 serv. "turkey", fat-free cheese, and mustard on ww, 2 low-fat granola bars, water!!
s: 1 serv. raw baby carrots and 2 tbs. pb, 1 more gran. bar (small)
D: 1 serv. oriental-style tofu (90 cal.), mustard greens, and broccoli rice

I'm cooking a real dinner for once, lol. I hope it won't be too late since I have to make it after my jazz dance class. Eh, I'm sure I'll be able to squeeze it in. :yes: I'll probably have another piece of choc. cake too - yum. That seems like a lot but my metabolism is pretty high so I'm always hungry. :p

Bowl of oatmeal, strawberry-banana soy yogurt, green tea

Dinner:
Bowl of chick peas w/ a salad <cukes, cauliflower, broccoli, baby carrots, greens, celery>, hummus, raisins, apple, green tea

Snack:
3 pieces of vanilla halvah :lick:

Snack:
Apple, mini box of rice milk, soy yogurt



I'm not Jewish, but I LOVE halva! Hehe. :smitten:

B: Vans Mini Choc Chip waffles (8) w/ almond butter

S: Strawberry Soy yogurt

L: 2 home-made tacos w/ black beans, corn, avacado, green onions,
jalepenos, lemon and lime juice and hot sauce plus garlic+ homemade guac w/a few blue corn chips

S: 1 organica cookie w/ rice milk + 2 airheads + free sample cookie

S: tofu shake w/ mango/pinapple/rice milk

D: Veggie Burger and fries from Islands + Margherita :naughty:

Lunch: 1/2 package smart ground taco flavor with some garlic stuffed olives
Snacks: 4 rice cakes, 2/3 oz chocolate
Dinner: Probably a whole batch (made with 1 pound carrots) of glazed carrots.

Mmmmm....I like the kind with the sliced potatoes but I don't know what it's called, I haven't had it in ages...*puts hamberger helper on the shopping list*:)

snack: 1 kosher-for-passover whole wheat role (homemade by my mom, with eggs), 1 passover apple-sweet potato ww mini-muffin, 1 apple
dinner: romaine lettuce, stir fried veggies and soy protein chick'n strips, sweet potato, broccoli
dessert: strawberry soy ice cream, berries, granola, 3 more homemade passover mini-muffins

S: (7 pm) 4 pieces of vanilla halva
D: (11 pm) Halva spread and dark chocolate chunks on whole wheat bread
S: (2 am) Chocolate soy delicious ice cream :lick:
