I'm on a really weird sleep schedule right now, so I went to bed at 2:00 pm after some apples, carrots and popcorn (I guess I am a horse or elephant now) and woke up at 11:00 pm. Yikes! Hopefully I can go to bed soon and normalize a little bit. Anyway, I guess breakfast was:
-tofu "chicken" and red pepper stir-fry with soy-Sichuan sauce
-Cantonese broccoli and onion stir-fry
-brown jasmine rice
-a crappy orange
I ate a ton of it, too--that must have been a pound of veggies at least. MMMMM!

I had a weird, but very yummy weekend I think. Saturday was an all-day seminar with a bunch of omnis tho - so of course they looked at me like I was from another planet when I passed on the fried chicken and meat sandwiches for a banna nut muffin (which was HUGE, by the way) and a bit of potato salad. :p . POSITIVE - they had LOTS of raw broccoli and carrots thankfully, so I had at least 2-3 servings of it throughout the day :D. Also, we ordered rings for this symbolic thing at church, and I was a bit embarrassed because my ring size was so small that they had to pay extra money and get it made specially from the manufacture - oops :p. Thank God I wasn't the only one that had to have that done - my sister and this other girl needed smaller sizes as well. Eh, sorry for the rant. Today I'm trying to detox but I don't think it's gonna go as planned since I made cookies for this baby shower last night.
Yesterday:
B: bowl of Optimum Zen oatmeal (one packet in 2/3 cup water, cooked)
s: 1/2 NV granola yogurt bar
s: like 3 sips of Diet Coke at the movies
L: Boca burger in a tortilla w/ cheese and ketchup, chips
D: serv. of grilled tofu, veggie pasta and 15-cal. light lemonade
s: ** bad part** made choc. chip cookies using vegweb.com recipe, so I had a couple tiny bites of the batter and then ate 2.5 cookies once they were done.
So yesterday was a lil' bad, but still very yummy . Today I just had 1.5 cookies so far. My stomach hurts so I'm not eating 'til later on - at my friend's baby shower. EDIT - went to baby shower and had like 3 baby carrots, 1 broccoli spear (raw) in a bit of ranch dip. Had a smallish piece of bread in a little spinach dip, and 2 of my cookies and a slice of this amazing, healthy-ish/like cake. :D And I ate like 1/3 of a bag of organic raisins - will have more of these later. Kinda of a snacky day today - eh. But the veg*n (no egg) cookies I made were a HIT - everyone loved them. Yay!

I have been reading The Color Code via Colorfuls suggestion (a few months ago). It has inspired me a bit. I posted this in the food issues thread yesterday. Sorry for the redundancy.
B - WW bagel w/ buttery stuff and fruit spread. Soymilk.
L - 1C lentil soup. Yum!!! 1 ww tortilla filled w/ hummus, 1C kale, 1/2C cucumbers, and avocado. Carrot sticks on the side.
S1 - Vanilla soy milk and berry smoothie.
S2 - 1C honeydew, 1C grapes, 1 orange.

10 1C Honeydew
10 1C Red Grapes
10+5 1 Orange
10+5 1C Kale
10 1/2C Cucumbers
