Well I'll start with breakfast, because thats all ive eaten so far....I had to get up a little earlier today because the cleaning ladies/men invade the kitchen at early hours today...

THis breakfast was well thought out, and dynamic!

*I started with my usual 3 eggs
(ofcourse cage free, organic, vegeterain fed, local, etc...)
But this time i scrambled, unlike the typical sunny side up.
I love my spices, so i added my usual black pepper and something new to the mix of late, Chipolte(sp?) ground pepper...This adds a little sweat to your breakfast, oh ya, and ofcourse salsa, habernaros taste great on eggs....

*I've been enjoying this 10 grain hot cereal for the past couple weeks now, yes thats right, 10 f*ckin' grains...a hearty cereal that gives you that boost to getcha on the good foot...

*To the fruits....gotta love those fruits...I had a garden variety this morning....I tossed up some strawberries, an apple, a banana, red pear, and an orange to a big bowl, this ofcourse makes for a great fruit salad, for which i added to the 10 grain hot cereal....mmm mmm good!

*Dont forget about the sprouted breads!
Two slices of 7 grain ezeikels bread, ITS ALIVE!

Lunch is around the corner, after a walk in the woods!

Actually, I think its better to eat your biggest meal earlier in the day like for breakfast or lunch, so spotted fox is more than likely on the right trail. Also, depending on how much you work out, you may need more.

Still, pseudo, I couldn't imagine eating that much in the morning either unless it's for brunch (B/L), so I can relate. But what I do may not work for everybody. :)

For me, that would constitute probably two thirds of my daily food intake - but (besides the eggs coz I am vegan), it sounds delicious, especially the bread and the 10 grain cereal :lick:
