What is Lemon La Croix?
It is like Tonic water with a oh very little slight taste of Lemon in it. I replace it for sodas because there is nothing in it (sugar, calories etc). IF you mix it with a sweetner (Stevia in my case), you can make it taste VERY close to a Lemon flavoried pop. Very cool :).
Cheers.

Hazelnut....HAZELNUT MILK! Oh my...where do you get this? This sounds like pure bliss to me. Is it really good? What brand do you get? I have NEVER seen any milks (no animal milk that is :)) other than Soy, Rice and Almond. Man...cravings = now.

I got it at Wild Oats- it's Pacific brand. It was on a sale display thingy. I love it. It's my favorite of the milks you listed. I started a thread about it in the Products Review forum. I hope you can find some :)

You can always make your own seed and nut milks...soaked and blended, they are less costly and healthier too :)

Oh my god. The Peace cereal with the new Silk Light soymilk = total bliss. I URGE anyone who loves cereal/soymilk combo to try this now! I don't know what I am going to do with myself anymore. Nothing taste quite like this. I have just discovered the Peace cereal line and I think I am going to fall in love with company. Too bad it is very expensive and only gives you like 5 servings per box. Make organic cheaper!!
Also, does it look like I am having too many carbs in my diet? I know they are good because I am a runner, but just thought I would ask .
Cheers.

we have hot vegan options never...well unless include the salad bar which usually has cheese and dressings spilled EVERYWHERE i went to go take a cucumber yesterday and it was covered in cheese :spew: there was a sign in one of the dining halls today that said attention vegetarians taylor hall will now offer at least one vegetarian option at each meal. unfortunatly cheese and broccoli soup and stuff like that doesnt help me...i swear they add cheese to everything imaginable...potatos, veggies, dinner rolls......

each vegetarian option here has cheese in it, and unless i want to live on pasta all the time as a vegan, i'm screwed, so i survive on creativity.. i made peanut pasta the other night by mixing (in no particular amounts in a separate bowl from the ziti pasta) creamy peanut butter, vinegar, some salad oil, soysauce, and hot water until it was a liquidy consistency.. i then added salt and pepper and other stuffs to taste.. and munched.
