How is that Silk Light? I am SO wanting to try with a passion, but have to get through my current soymilk. If you know, how would you compare it to Westsoy's Non-Fat plain? (my current soymilk obsession)
Gosh I can't wait.
Cheers.

I love the Silk Light! Its got a lighter flavor and slightly thinner texture. Unfortunately, I haven't tried the Westsoy to compare

Well, i've never tried regular Silk, so I guess i'll just have to wait :). Is it fairly sweet becauseof the cane juice? One thing I like about Westsoys NF is that it is a little sweet and makes my "dull" cereal taste yum.
Cheers.

Hmm ... the light seems less sweet. The closest comparison I can think of is that regular Silk is the equivalent of whole milk and light Silk is the equivalent of skim ... in terms of texture and flavor difference.

I hate the low-fat WestSoy, but the Silk Light is awesome!!!! :) I am so mad at my stupid HFS for not getting in the Strawberry Silk! I am so excited to try it! I've made my own, but in school I can't. Mmmm...sugary, strawberry soymilk. Yum.
