yeah she's gorgeous. my mom had a hard time getting pics of her cause she couldn't get her to stop rubbing against her ankles. her foot is in most of the other pics she sent :D
the fur and colouring is very similar to Sindi's but Sindi had a much prettier face. that and a lot of her colour went grey later in life

i asked my mom to weigh her, she said she tried and it came up 16 lbs but she thinks it must be more than that so she's going to try again later. her scale tends to give a different reading every time you try it even if you don't move it.

She may be doing it this way, I'm not sure...have her weigh herself w/o the cat and then w/ the cat. The diff will obviously be the cat :D

yeah that's how she did it. you have to stand on the scale just right for it to even work. one of those stupid digital ones.

oh my. what a strange turn of events. my mom, yes the one who said "no more pets in this house, ever" who adopted a 6 year old cat, is now taking in a 5 year old dog as well. my brother took him in actually, a purebred wiener (the dog not my bro lol), but the dog is hyper and nervous to be alone, so he barks when he's home alone and the neighbours complained. since they're not home enough to give him as much attention as he wants, they're bringing him to my mom's tomorrow and she's gonna hang on to him until they get their stuff sorted out and can care for pooch properly.

so she went from one cat, to no cat, to a new cat, and now a dog. wonder how new cat and new dog will get along. hopefully they'll be friends and the dog won't be as lonely in the day.
