Intelliflix.com is having their SuperPass sale this week.
http://www.intelliflix.com/account_bulk.dvd
Their regular rate is $16.95/month (or $12.95/month if you ask nicely;)), but the sale rate is $7.49/month if you prepay for an entire years membership. Intelliflix works the same way as Netflix.

This is cool, thanks!
I have been thinking of getting into something like this.
I don't mind getting off of my ass to return dvd rentals. I just don't like the prices and the lesser selection of many brick-n-mortar video rentals
This is a cool lead.
Thanks!

I have Netflix and love it. They just lowered their price to $17.99 a month for 3 rentals at a time. Does Intelliflix have a large seletion? The reason I went to Netflix after looking around was they more of the kinds of things I watch. I don't really watch mainstream movies. And they had the largest selection of foreign films. I will have to check out Intelliflix.

I have netflix right now and I feel obligated to stay with them because my family has had a membership scince thet first started. However, I have been noticing that they are taking longer to get my dvds to me. My mother joined Blockbuster(she has no loyalty!) and she gets her movies so quickly. I have never heard of Intelliflix. Kpickell, how is their selection and how fast are they?

How does their selection compare to netflix?
Isn't it weird? I am feeling guilty about even thinking of leaving netflix.

I checked them out but most of the movies I was looking for the didn't have. But they did have all the latest relases and some video games, so that was good. They said for my area it would take 2-3 for delivery. With Netflix I usually have 1-2 delivery.

BF signed up for this, but he didn't do the $7.49 plan because it didn't include the "mature" titles. He wants to rent porn as well as regular movies, heh.

I signed up for blockbuster because they lowered the price to $14.99 a month and they have the best selection of fitness titles which is what I was interested in. I'm a little dissapointed though because two of my titles took a whole week to get here. The others took 2-3 days which isn't so bad. I might switch to netflix eventually when I have more money because I hear they are faster. But I guess it depends on where you live relative to the warehouse.

I signed up for intelliflix a few days ago and promtly received my 3 DVDs. So, it seems legit. They charged my credit card for the year - about $89 - no tax.
So, I noticed they us regular stamps and at 37 cents each, I don't see how they are going to make much profit. .37 x 3 movies per week = $8.88 per month. It cost me $7.49.
wtf?
