Be sure to check out the Hamsters (http://www.veggieboards.com/boards/showthread.php?t=30334&page=1&pp=30) thread, where a lot of people here post their exercise :)

I do the eliptical trainer for 40 minutes, 5x a week and I do free weights and some weight machines 3x a week. I am also trying to do pilates a few times a week but so far I have been slacking.

yoga: .5 to 3 hours a day
walking: .5 hours a day
swimming: .75 hours 3-4 times a week (want to up that to 5 days)
weights: .75 hours 2 times a week

and whatever else i feel like: hiking, dancing, whatever. :)

it's not really a regimen. it's more like "fun stuff i like to do."

I run or do elliptical exercise for 5 days a week when I'm at school. Anything from 30 minutes to 1 hr. and 30 minutes a day, or 3 to 12 miles, usually.

Every night I do toning exercises too...50 to 200 crunches, leg lifts and calisthenics, 50 rep's with arm weights, romanian dead drops etc.

So anywhere from about 45 minutes to 2 hours a day Monday through Friday and about 20 minutes of toning on the weekend for sure. But I also walk everywhere, and I love to swim.

I live in a cold climate and am not 'into' winter...so my activity level drops during the freezing months...

4 to 5 mile run 3 times a week plus a 15-20 mile run on Sunday.

Sometimes I throw in a day of biking too.

I do free weights three days a week, situps every day, and martial arts every day. I find it best to make a chart a month in advance for how I am going ot exercise. And in warm months, add running 6 miles every other day to that.
