On New Years Eve - 60 min. dance practice

Then, we performed the dance and it was sooo high energy. It was an upbeat song that was 7 min. 52 seconds long  I could barely breathe afterwards, but it went well and was a lot of fun!

Took a break over the weekend but will have another practice/dance exercise tomorrow.

I'm finally getting moving.

Friday I did a 2 hour hike
Saturday I rode my bike around my neighborhood, just for half an hour but pretty intense
Sunday I didn't do anything

I am planning to join the cycling club here on campus (it's open to faculty, which is cool) and take a "muscle works" class twice a week at lunchtime once the new semester starts, so that should give me some exercise structure.

8 mile run today- 1st mile easy, build up for 6 miles, last mile easy

I probably felt the best on this run since the marathon. My hamstrings didn't get all tired like they were getting. It was good to get going fast again!

Yeah, it's been a while since I've been a good hamster. I had a good day today!

I went for a 45 minute walk, did a 20 minute pilates workout and 10 minutes of stretching. I'll probably be sore tomorrow, but I feel great right now! :sunny:

Back after being out of town, but I managed to fit in a few long bike rides, runs, and walks while in Louisiana. :3

Today after an 8 hour cartrip home, I ran 3 miles and walked another two.

I rowed today and New Year's Day. 3.3 km each day -- tomorrow is when I bump up the distance or time or whatever.

Yesterday I didn't row because I felt like crud all day. I thought I was getting sick, but I feel better today.
