15 mile run yesterday.
It was an excellent run but I'm more sore today than the day after my last marathon. Funny how that works, isn't it?

Hi Hamsters! :hi:
Well, I'd like to say that even though I haven't been posting I've still been Hamstering, but......that wouldn't be true. It's been almost a week since I've done anything. I haven't taken this much time off since after the marathon. Ahh well, I think I deserve a little vacation. In fact I'm going to be taking a few more days to go up north to play in the snow, but I'll be all carbed-up and ready to go on Monday :D
Doshkel and nkuvu, Welcome to the Hamsters! :hamster:
And to everyone else :wayne: for continuing through the holidays!!!
All you Hamsters are Awesome!!!

Ok, I'll be joining this thread soon - yay! Only, I do dance exercise. Does that count?? I do situps and leg work at home too, but nothing worth noting.
Yesterday:
2-hr aerobic-like dance practice
And starting next week, I'm joining a jazz dance class, which takes place on Thursdays for 1.5 hours for 11 weeks. So excited!!! That, plus my dance practices on Tuesdays and Saturdays, will equal substantial workouts at least 3 times out of the week.

Haven't been posting lately, but I've been running.
Today was 8 miles.
I'm thinking of doing a race on New Year's Eve that starts at 11:45 pm. So it starts in 2004 and ends in 2005. I can't think of a better way to begin the new year!
