Spicy Peanut Dip

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.

Ingredients:

1 package silken tofu
4 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic


Instructions:
-----------------------------------------------------
Mix all in a food processor until smooth. If serving as a dip, chill first for at least an hour. If adding to warm food, add immediately.

this sounds delicious! Would probably be a great appetizer for veggie wontons as well:) Thanks for sharing!

This is great! I added some fresh ginger, because I think I add that to everything, and then after it was whizzed in FP, added some cilantro - put it over wide (pad Thai type) noodles and my ex-husband ate the whole pot! Hey! Now I have to make more!

This is great in a wrap with some cucumber, sprouts and whatever else you want to add!!!
