I spent 4 1/2 hours yesterday and today doing motorcycle training - yesterday in the baking sun and today in rain. Too tired to exercise this weekend!

Going to the gym tomorrow.

well this afternoon I get to take 3 14year olds(my niece and her friends) to the mall for shopping. Why do I torture myself? :wall:

20 minutes stretching and weights

today for me -

20 minutes cross trainer
20 minutes treadmill
20 minutes spinning
30 minutes lower body weights
200 bicycle crunchs
stretching

can I just say that ugh. When I finally get to the mall with the teens and my 2 year old, my tummy got all upset so I was well....busy for like 1/2 hour! Then we walked around for 3 1/2 hours and then I had to take them to eat(McDonald's :spew: )etc...fixing to plug in Much Ado About Nothing and sleep.....

Ouch, 808! Sounds like quite a day!!

I did absolutely nothing yesterday. I was planning on doing a circuit but I woke up with a bad cold. I'm feeling a bit better today, so-

1/2 hour treadmill running intervals
