Regular kids shoes you can probably find even at places like Payless (http://www.payless.com), Target, WalMart, etc. Ballet slippers are sort of difficult to find, from what I've seen. They usually have leather soles, but these sites have them:

http://www.veganwares.com/balletslippers.htm
http://my.execpc.com/~apied/footwear.html (look for the "leather free ballet")
http://www.grishko.com/catalog_directory.htm

Ah, understandable. I just shop at the cheap places and look for the tag that says "All Man Made Materials" :p

I wore Keds and Converse as a kid - fabric uppers and rubber soles :)
