Four Bean Salad

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.
Ingredients:

1 can wax beans (they look like white green beans), drained
1 can cut green beans, drained
1 can red or kidney beans, drained
1 can garbanzo beans/chickpeas
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper (capsicum)
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine all the beans, green pepper, and onion.
In a cruet, small bowl, or small food processor, combine the rest of the ingredients & shake, shake, shake (or whisk, or whirr). Pour over the veggies & stir thoroughly.
Cover & chill for at *least* 2 hours, preferably overnight.
