My Unfrugal Splurge.

Last year we made the most unfrugal splurge I have ever been part of in my life, $3,000 on an induction cooktop. I love it! It was worth it for me because I cook a lot and I can't stand regular electric cooktops but I didn't want a gas one because of possible aggravation of respiratory problems.

1. Bought sweets and junk for 10 bucks from the local Dollar store last week. I try to walk everyday for exercise and when I get hunger cravings during the walks, I take 3 to 5 candies to fight these hunger cravings.

2. Bought 100 CDs for $19 Canadian almost. Linux and related learning is my hobby, so I burn a lot of CDs. However, these are not essential and hence a splurge.
