Mocha Chocolate Cinnachip Cookies by zimngir

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian diet.
Ingredients:

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup+ 2 tbsp. rolled oats
3 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 cup+ 1 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 tsp. baking powder
1/3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp+1 tsp. coffee powder (instant)
2 tbsp. raisins
2 tbsp. cinnamon chips
1/4 cup chocolate chunks
3 tsbp. applesauce
2 heaping tbsp. prune puree
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all dry ingrendients in a large bowl including chips, chunks and raisins.
Mix the wet ingredients in a small bowl, whip with a hand stick blender.
Fold the wet ingredients into dry.
Spray your palms with cooking spray.
Make about 6 cookies, spraying hands with cooking spray before making each cookie.
Bake about 8-12 minutes, until dry.

Tastes like a Bakers Cookie and it is the best one I have made yet. Based on Jennifer's Breakfast Cookie at Allrecipes. These are not exact measurements on the chips and raisins.
