Now this is a very new and unusual problem for me which is part of the reason I'm slightly concerned/wondering? I get up around 7 and eat a decent breakfast (Toasted PB&J w/Orange Juice or Waffles with Fruit) and a good size lunch (great big salad or 2 bowls of minestrone soup or veggie deli slices sandwich w/fruit) and then I'm not hungry after lunch which I eat around noon. The thought of food actually repulses me until I get up the next morning and even then I just eat because I know I should. The only time my tummy actually starts grumbling is around the end of my second class at 11:30. I'm not overly concerned as I figure my body probably knows exactly what it's doing but I just have no idea why? This is usually the time of year my appetite picks up but I've never had it this non existant before. Any thoughts? :)

My body does this every so often. I'll be STARVING when I get up, STARVING at lunch, and then ridiculously full until it's time to go to bed. Then I wake up the next day and start over again! This will go on for a week or so for me, and then I'm back to normal. I have found that eating an apple in the early afternoon (2pm-ish) sometimes helps to stimulate my appetite for supper. Hope this helps!
