Chili Con Queso by zimngir

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian diet.
Ingredients:

4 ounces cream cheese (reduced fat)
1/3-1/2 cup salsa (I used Taco Bell Roasted Garlic Mild)
about 1/2 cup reduced fat 2% milk
1 tsp. chopped bottled garlic
1/2-3/4 cup Del Sunshine Soy Cheddar and Jack Cheese shreds
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, place cream cheese, milk and salsa.
Heat on medium to melt cheese.
Stir stir stir (about 2-3 minutes).
Add garlic and cheese shreds, stir to melt the cheese.
Stir constantly.
When the cheese is melted add chili powder and eat with these chips
