Hi Hamsters,

Wed. was exercise class and a 3 mile run, yesterday just exercise class. Today I will run, tomorrow is my day off.

Hey christy, glad to see you getting back into a routine.

Captain, I hope you're not sick...take care, great run!

ND, you're doing so great! Good luck on your 5K, smart of you not to over do it...it can be hard not to sometimes:)

roqeja, hang in there...it'll get easier.

Funk, nice to see you back...you hang in there too!

getting back into the swing o' things..

20 minutes cross trainer
20 minutes spinning
20 minutes treadmill
600 crunches plus 10 minutes other ab stuff
stretching

45 minutes upper body weights

feeel good!

Today I took a rest day from running and lifted for 20 min and did Pilates for 40 min. I might do a little yoga later and I'm probably going bowling tonight.

Nothing, nothing, nothing. The last time I went to the gym was Sunday last week. I've been at work from 9am - 5pm and at the theatre from 7:30pm to 11:00pm. The time between work and theatre is spent travelling, eating dinner and talking to my poor abandoned husband. :juggle:

I am going to the gym today. And I have some motivation - I stood on the scales yesterday and I've lost 4kg (8.8 pounds according to my converter program) in the last few weeks!! :nana: So I can't stop now.

Funk, I finally counted the crunches we do and it's not even close to what I though :o just feels like it I guess so...ya, I'm nowhere near to ya. You are still by far the champion cruncher :D

Shadowlee, I know it sucks when life gets in the way of Hamstering, but it sounds like you are really determined! That will make all the difference for you! Keep the fire burning! :up:

as long as ya feel it , slynny that's all that matters :)

today, for me -
20 minutes cross trainer
20 minutes treadmill
20 minutes spinning
lots of stretching
tiny bit of ab work
30 minutes lower body weights. ouch.

now it's off to write a paper and do research the rest of the day. gross!

3 mile run today... hopefully it will be less windy for the race tomorrow!

yesterday: just 1.5mi walk but also, 50min aerobics

today: just 3mi walk.
