Two minute bean salad by blueserendipity

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.


Ingredients:
-----------------------------------------------------
one- two cans of three bean mix
chopped red or green bell pepper
white vinegar
olive oil
salt
black pepper


Instructions:
-----------------------------------------------------
wash & drain beans, add red/green bell pepper, a tablespoon of olive oil, a tablespoon of vinegar, salt and pepper, into a container with a lid, shake then taste and alter ingredients according to taste. Place in the fridge for at least 15 minutes and eat!

You can add all sorts of things (eg: tomato, onion) to this simple recipe.
