Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Fantastic Foods (http://www.fantasticfoods.com/) Instant Refried Beans International Dish
1/2 cup each grated nonfat cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses
1 -1/2 cup mild salsa

Optional garnishes:
guacamole
sour cream
sliced black olives
sliced green onions


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Fantastic Foods (http://www.fantasticfoods.com/) Instant Refried Beans International Dish as directed in 1 1/2 quart covered casserole dish. Layer cheeses on top and heat in oven until bubbling hot, about 30 minutes. Layer salsa over the cheese, and top off with the optional garnishes if you wish. Serve with tortilla chips and get ready to sit back and enjoy the compliments!!!
