Nature's Burger Loaf by Fantastic Foods (http://www.fantasticfoods.com/)

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian diet.
Ingredients:

1 box Fantastic Foods (http://www.fantasticfoods.com/) Nature's Burger Vegetarian Entree Mix
1 chopped onion
3 cloves minced garlic
2 stalks chopped celery
1 diced green pepper
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil or butter
1/3 cup black olives
Tomato sauce to taste
Instructions:

Prepare Fantastic Foods (http://www.fantasticfoods.com/) Nature's Burger Vegetarian Entree as directed, without forming into patties. Sauté 1 chopped onion, 3 cloves garlic, 2 stalks celery, and one diced green pepper in 1 Tbsp. oil or butter. Mix sautéed vegetables plus 1/3 cup chopped black olives with burger mix and press into a non-stick loaf pan. Top with tomato sauce. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
