Rice Cheese

Has anyone tried Galaxy Foods' Rice Cheese? Or Nut Cheese? I saw some in Whole Foods and was curious about how good they are...do they actually melt in any manner???

I get rice cheese all the time :) I don't know what brand it is though. I think it tastes good!

i believe veganrella is rice-based, and although the taste is not bad, the texture made me want to :spew: . it reminds me of snot. but i'm sure lots of people think it's fine.
