This recipe is suitable for a:
Ingredients:

flour tortillas
1 can refried beans, approximate 15 oz.
1 can pinto beans, approximate 15 oz.
garlic/chopped
onions/chopped
2 avacados diced
cilantro chopped fine
pico/salsa(recipe follows)
also some spanish rice if you want
Instructions:

fry up onions in skillet in a bit of vegan marg. then add refried beans and mix.. add garlic then throw in the pinto beans and mix..
take your burrito sized shells and put a good amount of beans in there( I don't have a precise measurement)layer a tablespoon of salsa/pico over that, then about 2 or 3 tablespoons of avacados and over that, a tablespoon of cilantro(if you want to throw some rice in there too that is fine). Then roll them up and put them in a big 9x13 pan and bake for 30 minutes. If you would rather put them in the microwave im sure that would work too. But watch them. Then, I take them out and put them on a plate and dollup a tablespoon or two, of sour supreme and fresh salsa/pico ( recipe follows) on top.. I also like to serve with a side of spanish rice.

2 cloves garlic/chopped
3 or 4 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
tablespoon of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
